Lay the shirt flat and measure straight across the chest, approximately one inch below the sleeves.

Length

Measure from the highest shoulder point to the bottom edge of the shirt.

Garment measurements may vary by up to approximately 1.5 inches or 3.81 centimetres.

How long will my order take?

Most shirts leave production within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is submitted.

Delivery begins after production is complete. Transit time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and production provider. Tracking is emailed when the package ships.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Because every shirt is made specifically after ordering, routine returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind are not automatically accepted.

Please review the size guide before ordering. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under our order-issue policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Will the shirt color look exactly like my screen?

Screen settings can make colors appear slightly different. Comfort Colors shirts are also garment-dyed, so subtle natural variations in shade and washed character are expected.

Those small variations are part of the garment-dyed finish rather than a defect.
