Because our shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choice, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Eligible Issues
We may offer a replacement or refund for:

- defective items
- misprinted items
- incorrect items
- items lost in transit, when confirmed by tracking or the carrier
Non-Returnable Issues
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- ordering the wrong size
- choosing the wrong color
- buyer’s remorse
- delays caused by carriers
- incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Sizing
Please review the size chart before ordering. If you prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.
